Introduction to Leo's Mundane Astrology Notes

Hello everyone!

Welcome to Leo's Mundane Astrology Notes, a blog which I set up to be a home to my astrological observations, and writings on the Tarot.

I have read from the Tarot actively since 2016, and simultaneously found an interest in the transit of planets and their effects on history and society, and from there my interest in Mundane Astrology developed. I am a newbie to astrology but I hold an undergraduate history degree, and a postgraduate sociology degree. The combination of history and astrology fascinated me, and I needed a place to document my journey investigating these two interests.

Let me talk a little about the methods I use. I employ the Sidereal Zodiac because I came to the conclusion that it is more appropriate for my research. In 2017, I still looked bewildered when an astrologer I met in Nepal told me I have a Moon in Pisces but having read this argument by Cyril Fagan, I was converted to the Sidereal.

The main reason, which led me to adopt Sidereal was my initial fascination with the Precession of the Equinoxes, and the theory of Great Ages, which I like to call "Aeons." I have been able to discover a new level of meaning in my research that I shall demonstrate in my future posts.

Hope you enjoy this blog!
