Hard Aspects of Saturn and Neptune, and Venezuela

 I knew from my private notes that there is a hard aspect of Saturn and Neptune at the time of South American independence movements.

Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Pisces, US kidnapped the Venezuelan president Maduro, and put him on trial, accusing him of heading a drug cartel.

Not only the hard aspect but also the Saturn in Pisces correlate but further investigation into the history of Venezuela is required.
